'We stayed at Painters Lodge for one night and unfortunately would not recommend it or return ourselves. Our check-in was delayed because our room was not ready. When we finally entered the room, the air conditioning was set to 15°C despite it being cool and rainy outside. The room felt very damp, and we were never able to get the chill out of it. 'This is a very convenient hotel to stay in Lund when you want to do some activities. As a hotel guest you are guaranteed to have a parking space. The rooms and bathroom are small but good enough for a good rest. The beds are big and soft, however advertised as 2 person beds which is almost impossible (1,20 meter wide). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has great food. The terrace has a great view over the ocean.'

'To all the ships ashore we landed in this amazing suite. We saw Bald Eagle go by, watched the deer in the yard and the racoon on the fench. Fine BBQ and super kitchen if you want to make your own diner but a variatie of restaurants nearby. Very friendly host: Kristi and Ray, comfi bed and luxery shower. 'Our reservation for the weekend was cancelled twice by VRBO. The owner of this property, Scott, was extremely helpful. He helped us fund other dates and contacted VRBO to change our reservation.The property is a nice location but we were dissapponted to see that the photos indicated a noce cabin and we got a basement suite with virtually no windows. The front window was covered by a big equipment, the main bedroom window covered with wood making the room totally dark during a super sunny day....

'This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.'
