Pool & Pool Heating Policy

• The pool is included as a standard amenity.
• Pool heating is NOT included in the reservation and is considered an optional add-on service.
• Pool heating fee: $35 per day.
• Advance notice is required (at least the night before check-in).
• The heater typically takes 24–30 hours to warm the pool.

– During colder weather (around 70°F or below), the heater may not reach high temperatures. Water temperature depends on outdoor conditions.
– Because pool heating is an optional paid add-on and not a standard amenity, availability and performance may vary based on weather conditions.
