'We stayed 10 nights at the Whaler, we had a studio with ocean view and a kitchen. The hotel was very nice, the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very nice and really responsive. '

'Very clean and grounds are well taken care of. On site dining is a big plus. Laid back atmosphere, not stuffy as some of the ritzy places can be. I don’t think the beach area is private and not extremely large, but we didn’t exactly go to Maui for the beach. Be careful of the beach trail in high tide/high wave conditions. Overall hidden gem.'

'Amazing location, right on the oceanfront! 🌊 The Lounge was a big advantage — after check-out at 10 AM we could still enjoy the beach, then take a shower and relax before our afternoon flight. Very convenient and comfortable stay!'
