'We were delighted with the condo in Frederick. It’s right at the beginning of the historic district and walkable to the Carroll Creek restaurants. It’s clean, updated, and comfortable, with parking for two cars even though we only needed one. Our doggie was happy, too! '

'We stayed 2 nights in this cute 4th floor apartment. It looks exactly the same in the photos. The historic home is really beautiful and the modern upgrades with fantastic air conditioning made our July stay very pleasant. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the little back deck in the morning. Yes, it is an older home so it has some quirks, but go in with an open mind and soak up the experience of this historic part of Hagerstown. '

'Very clean. Great location and view of the lake. Loved having a fire pit and grill. Hosts were very communicative. Note that one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other one now has a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom). Would definitely stay here again!'

'We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room...

'We have enjoyed this property each of the past two years for our family gathering. One of the best places we have stayed. Clean, spacious, well stocked and great communication with the owner. We will keep coming back'
