« The room and property was vey clean, BUT in the room though it was clean, the bed was horrible, it was like laying on a rock , my wife and I could not get comfortable, she was miserable. As anyone knows, the MAIN reason for booking a place to stay is to SLEEP comfortably, we did not. We had a 2 night reservation but left before staying the 2nd night. Beautiful hotel and room, terrible bed. »

« Charming place. Kitchen (very small) is well appointed with necessary dishware and utensils. The amenities are great. The staff at the office were friendly and helpful. The attached Aces restaurant was outstanding, be prepared to take left overs to your condo.
The rest could use a bit of a glow up. A few stubbed toes on the uneven flooring between the hall/bedroom and the living room and bathroom. The bedroom door to the hall did not close, the door may need shaved or adjusted. The...

« Vacasa handled the rental and the communication was horrible. I needed to request a day early check in and out. Merely moving dates, was told repeatedly they were checking into that possibility and would get back to me. They never got back to me and when I arrived they said I could check in at that time but for additional fees. The townhouse is lovely and the owners have the kitchen very well stocked. My complaint is completely with the rental management company. The house was surface cleaned...
