'It’s close to restaurants and shopping'

'Checking in pleasant and easy. One of the 2 elevators wasn’t working so long waits to get to 5th floor and back. The fire/smoke alarm went off 2 times in our room during the nite. At 4:30am we asked to be moved to another room. In both rooms we had, the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress and came off the corners all night. The second room we moved to had a VERY firm mattress making it uncomfortable to sleep. While trying to go down to breakfast we could not get the one working elevator...

'Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was on the smaller side, but still well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. Work out space small, but nice. Breakfast wasn’t the best and options were limited. Overall, nice hotel!'

'Me gusta visitar mucho Wisconsin con mi familia y siempre a sido una estancia agradable, en este hotel, pero esta vez fue diferente. estábamos en la piscina y según tengo entendido cierran a las 11 de la noche. Esta vez faltaban 10 minutos para las 11 cuando apagaron las luces y mi familia y yo estábamos en ella. Nos tocó buscar nuestras cosas en lo oscuro y ni siquiera el empleado nos dejó saber que se iba a cerrar unos minutos antes. Pienso que deberían por lo menos dejar saber que uno...
