« We stayed in the Mercantile and you can't beat the location for Nauvoo. The staff were great. We only took advantage of breakfast one day but it was very good. I would stay there again in future trips to Nauvoo. »

« To be fair, we got the room at 9:45pm and checked in a little after 10 because we were in the middle of a lightning storm. I'm never sure if the staff appreciate people using online services like this. The guys at the desk were polite, but not friendly. They assured me that I could have a room on the ground floor. The room they put us in was longer than a full block walk down at least 4 corridors to the end of the last one. We were walking past many conference rooms. I was dropping my bag...

« Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything.. »
