Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'This was our second one night visit to the property and we booked for its excellent proximity to the airport and shuttle. The room was basic however the beds were very comfortable. There was no complimentary water in the room so we did need to search and pay for that. Coffee and tea is always available which is nice.
