« I thought the place was as described in the description of the property. The place was comfortable and spacious. My family and myself didn’t have any issues while staying in the property. Great location and is very close to all the places to visit while in Santiago. »

« The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene.
I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional.
Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend. »
