Six dining room chairs and five barstools means you can entertain many for dinner. Smart TV. Bowflex upstairs. Washer/dryer in basement stocked with laundry supplies. 'We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed.'
