'Kaika is een heel fijn hotel met schone ruime kamers. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de badkamer is ook ruim en schoon. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk. Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige wijk, wat extra fijn is in een drukke stad als Tokyo. Dit is alweer mijn tweede verblijf en ik zal de volgende keer in Tokyo ook weer hier terugkomen. '

'Voor de derde keer Gracery Asakusa bezocht. Het is een fijn hotel, dichtbij Senso-ji. Tevens dicht bij twee metrolijnen, directe treinverbinding met Narita en Haneda airport. De kamer is goed ingericht, misschien een beetje klein, maar er is goed over nagedacht. De badkamer is ook redelijk ruim. Het hotel heeft een goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.'

'Did not use the kitchen, but did use the laundry which is always interesting in foreign countries compared to the relative ease that we can dry clothes in the US. They were very helpful by providing a simple guide on how to run the laundry. Outside of a small hiccup regarding the laundry (which one of the front desk staff members helped to remediate by walking my wife down to the laundromat) the property was great. 'We stayed at Section L Kuramae last year (2024) for 5+ nights and again this year for 1 night before heading home. The overall check in process was easy and quick. We are a family of 4 so laundry, kitchenette, and all the other amenities were awesome(need) for us. We love how spacious it was. Since we stayed at a different area this year, we can compare the two. This location is more quiet, residential/ go home for rest. '

'We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Tokyo.
