Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!! Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!'

The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but there were no towels or tea-towels, dishcloths etc. and no tea, coffee etc. The bed linen wasn’t great, with stains and burn marks on the duvet cover. The mattress was stained. As a one night stop-over on a bike ride it was OK, just.'

'Site manager fobbed me of 6 times to try and get the tv to work. No eating knives. Some dirty bed sheets. Hot tub not working My advice is avoid twin rivers'
