"We just wanted a clean place to stay on the river and this place fit the bill. It’s not fancy, but comfortable and well equipped with an awesome view of the river. The men loved fishing right off the dock and caught bass, a manta ray, blue crab and catfish. We had a wonderful stay. Host is friendly and responsive."

We had a few minor issues The TV is not user friendly, the free apps that you have posted are no where on the TV There was a cookie sheet with old molded food on it in the oven Your concierge came home drunk as hell one night and could barely get her golf cart into the garage without my boys help! "We hope to return! If you're looking for a place to stay on the river in Welaka, don't hesitate to book. Owner interactions were great. House has everything you could need. The neighbor 5 or 6 houses down, has a large ice machine outside and encourages everyone to help theirselves. Neighbors were super friendly and loved to say hello. We were able to bring our dogs and without any crazy extra fees. The house is just feet from the dock, with a boatlift we could use. The views of the river and sunset were perfect, even from in the house. The house has 2 separete living areas. Downstairs is handicap friendly and with a lift to the upstairs. Having the separete areas was great, as we weren't in each other's hair :) Really a great place for my husband and I, our kids, and my parents."
