'The front staff at this hotel is incredibly rude not just to my family but with multiple families we were with. My room bathroom was not clean when we got there. I had to ask multiple times for towels so we could shower and again the front office staff was rude about needing towels. Not enough parking. I would not recommend staying here at all.'

'This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both...

'We were very impressed with our 4 day stay at Drury in Nashville -Airport. We loved our 2 bedroom suite. One thing we also loved was the breakfast and evening food and beverages. This hotel also has an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub which we used several times. The staff was great and everything was very clean. We will be staying at Drury Hotels again!'

'I arrived ready to go straight to bed because I had an early flight, but there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 15 minutes before someone finally came. Then I heard the people above me until about 1 o’clock in the morning. When I finally got to sleep, I was awakened abruptly by the bathroom light turning itself on. 'Friendly and helpful staff. Location right next to a loud bar, so keep in mind to bring earplugs. Bed was extremely comfortable. Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. '
