Large outside deck is a wonderful place to sit and have your morning coffee. Parking space right next to the deck. Apartment is half of a home.Other half is lived in by owner’s son who works full-time during the day. Owner lives next-door on the 5 acres of eucalyptus and oak studded property and is available for any type of assistance or questions.
Limit one renter only and minimum 32 days to maximum three month stay. Washer and dryer are available to use in laundry room across the yard in main house. No overnight guests. Guests are welcome to wander over to main property and visit or chickens, dairy goats, dairy cows and hogs. Our fair goats browse over at the country apartment and are always looking for a treat or rub over the fence! Nighttime is great for owl watching and hawks abound during the day.
