Frequent renter (rated as 5.0 renter) at Shorebirds and Pelican Point for 20 years. This unit has a decent sunset location, but you'll need to stand in the front corner of the balcony to see it outside during the winter. You'll need to carry your bags up from the 2nd floor to the 3rd as well. The master bed is quite comfortable. Beach access is excellent.BE PREPARED - The carpet is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in a rental - it's light colored with dozens of large black stains.The unit badly lacks cooking hardware and software. No measuring cup(s), no grater, no spices other than s&p, size and lid challenged pots and pans, no baking hardware of any kind, no foil, no baggies, no plastic wrap, no napkins, no plastic storage containers, and worst of all --SINGLE PLY TOILET PAPER and really cheap paper towels. This unit does not offer Spectrum Cable - which many units at Pajaro use. You need to have your Streaming game to enjoy either tv. There are no USB Ports or power strips accessible anywhere, including the bedroom. Also, be careful arount the curtain/rod in the bedroom - it fell on my head. It was screwed about one thread past the drywall. I bought screws/screwdriver to fix it above the door handle to the left, didnt want to mess with the funky solution they screwed into the right side. Also, the towel bar holders in each bathroom are installed wrong and fall to the ground.Many units in this price range have much better amenities and cleanliness.
