« If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. « Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here. »

« Me and my spouse stayed there this past weekend. Not enough pillows(2 small pillows) for a king size bed, one room smelled so bad (mold and meadow) the first night, then they put us in another room, u can still smell the mold and meadow but not as bad as the first room we was in, and I was very confuse on why would u only put one set of towels in the bathroom and no towel for the floor to come out the shower. « We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all. »

« I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds. We did not stay the night. Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. »
