« Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here. »

« If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. « Great place to stay. I was disappointed in the staff that watched me kick a box through the lobby while carrying my baby and other items. To be fair none of the other guests offered to help either. »

« Côté autoroute, le bruit du traffic est important. Les fenêtres n'isolent pas bien de ce bruit. Les robinets ont un fonctionnement bizarre. Ce qui est sûr, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de régler le débit. C'est du tout ou rien. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all. »

« I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds. We did not stay the night. Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. »
