9.8 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (12 beoordelingen)
'I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more.
The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed.
The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...

'Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! 'Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.'

'We spent just 1 night in this hotel as we found an attractive offer on expedia. For that price including breakfast, the hotel was quite a attractive. However for the regular price, we wouldn't have preferred to stay in this hotel. The style of the hotel is quite outdated (e.g. the breakfast room is in 'Titanic style'). Further it was quite windy and in our room at the 14th floor this gave quite some noice.
Finally the personel at the frotn desk was quite 'inflexible'. The staff in the breakfast...
