Wake up rested and comfortable because every bed is topped with thick memory foam for extra comfort.



Start your morning with coffee and quiet time on the side deck as the sun rises over the horizon.



When you’re ready to head out, the full kitchen has everything you need to fuel up for the day. You’ll appreciate the granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, full-size appliances, and a dishwasher.



Then it’s time to explore.



THE BEST OF TWO OUTDOOR WORLDS



Overflow is conveniently located in Sky Ridge Retreats, a new development between Red River Gorge and the beautiful Cave Run Lake with its surrounding rolling hills, giving you easy access to two of Kentucky’s favorite outdoor destinations.



Spend the day hiking scenic trails, kayaking, boating, fishing (a pay lake is across the street), off-roading, rock climbing, or simply taking in the beauty of the area—then return to your own comfortable retreat to relax and recharge.



Getting here is easy, too. No AWD or 4WD is needed, so you can enjoy a getaway without navigating a treacherous road.



Traveling with an electric vehicle? A 48A Level 2 J1772 EV charger is available at no extra cost with advance notice to management. A security camera monitors the outdoor charger and parking for security. Be sure to let us know if you’d like to use it during your stay.



COME HOME TO COMFORT



After a day of adventure, come back, kick off your shoes, and settle in.



Take your time in the beautifully tiled shower or soak in the bathtub before reclining on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace.



SUNSET, DINNER, & TIME TOGETHER



As the afternoon turns to evening, fire up the large griddle and make dinner together—whether it’s burgers and fries, steaks, or a full family feast.



Then gather around the dining table or go to the one on the upper deck and watch the sky change colors as the sun sets over the hills.



It’s the kind of evening that makes you want to linger a little longer.



PLAY AFTER DARK



When dinner is over, the enjoyment continues.



Overflow gives everyone a little space to experience the evening in their own way.



You can send the kiddos upstairs to the theater/game room for a movie or to play MarioKart World while you relax downstairs with a beverage and your own favorite show or have intimate conversation. Sometimes the best part of a family vacation is giving parents a little time to themselves, too!



Note: The theater/game room is the perfect place for the whole family especially when the weather prevents outdoor activities. It features surround sound, blackout shades, and specialty LED lighting—perfect for movie viewing, gaming on the Nintendo Switch 2, playing board games, working on a puzzle, or simply hanging out together.



One of Overflow’s most unique gathering spaces is the covered area beneath the cabin, complete with swings, specialty lighting, a TV, bar area, and hammock netting. Grab a drink, stretch out, watch the game, or simply enjoy the fresh air.



END THE DAY UNDER THE STARS



When you’re ready to slow things down, sit back around the solo stove firepit to gaze at the flames as you talk, laugh, roast marshmallows, or simply enjoy the peacefulness of being together.



Then slip into the bubbling hot tub beneath the stars — the perfect finale.



Eventually, head inside to your comfortable bed to let sweet sleep fall upon you.

Other Things to Note:

We supply linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply.

Firewood is not provided, please supply your own or purchase locally.

There is a propane grill, we will supply the propane.

This property utilizes filtered city water and is safe for all uses.



•Some carriers have spotty cell service at this property but we offer WiFi. Be sure to make note of your driving directions and WiFi info to avoid any issues upon arrival.



•4x4 is not necessary to reach this property but will be helpful for snowy or icy conditions.

Please note, there is a very sweet and kind dog that roams the neighborhood and keeps watch of the property. He does come and go from the cabin.



•The Overflow features a unique seasonal rooftop waterfall! This feature typically operates during the warmer months from spring through fall from 2pm - 9pm and is turned off during winter and colder weather. Operation may vary depending on weather conditions.



•There is a security camera on the front of the house, facing the driveway.



•There is a cliff edge below the pond to the left. Guests are advised not to walk this section of the property due to falling hazard.
