Villa's in Water Mill

'Our check in was easy and the room was nice looking and clean, but had a very strong musty mildew odor. We left the windows open when we went out for about 6 hours to a wedding, and when we came back the smell was still there. I’m not sure if it was just our room, or all the rooms. Too bad since the room was otherwise pleasant and spacious. I’m glad we were not staying for more than one night.'

'Great place'

'excellent stay...staff was friendly. will stay here again.'

'Very Lovely details, clean and cute rooms. Very small though if you carry larger bags.'

'the place is great. the location was excellent for the film festival. The room itself was very roomy clean cute little balcony. I will book it again for the festival.'

'Overall it could have been a nice place, however, it was a bit run down and not clean. We actually found a French fry in one of the drawers. The bed was very comfortable, but there were only pillows with shams on them, so they were a bit uncomfortable. The counter was held together with tape and the vinyl tiles in the bathroom were coming up. Not really happy for the price.'

'Great house with lots of space. Perfect location! The host is extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend!'
