'The parent in laws stayed and said it was a lovely large place and the host was lovely but although booked though here it went through Sykes cottage and no response from them when messaging. Mother in law offered recommendations to host of fresh eggs would be nice and a welcome pack but said they had been left a sponge cake which was a nice touch but only one toilet roll. And although it was very much out of the way they said it was lovely and they would go back.'

"De kamers lagen in bijgebouwen t.o.v. de pub/restaurant, dit maakt het direct wat rustiger in de omgeving. De douche was goed. De kamer zelf was ruim en het derde bed was ook een boxspring i.p.v. een bijzetbed of een slaapbank wat wij gewend zijn. Dit is echt prettig voor een verblijf van een week. De ligging naast de rivier is prachtig. Wel verwarrend was dat wij dachten dat het hotel in Tiverton zelf lag en niet in een klein plaatsje (Bickley) ernaast, maar als je met eigen auto gaat is dit geen probleem."
