« Even prior to our arrival I received all the information required off Emma When we first saw our accommodation we were impressed with the location once we opened the door & went in it was the wow factor so sweet & cosy The welcome pack was by far the best I’ve ever seen (felt spoilt) I would highly recommend it to anyone We loved it & the dog was chuffed with his treats tooCould not of asked for more PERFECTION »

« Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC. Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing. Very dark and drab. »

« We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor. »
