'The Dunes at Tybee Island is my go-to hotel. The place is old but very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is nice and cold after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is a huge bonus, but restaurants are within walking distance. The pier and beach are a few blocks from your door. The pool is just steps from your room and so clean and refreshing. 'The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.'

'Not sure if you want to come to this place or not but I'll let you know that it is not intended to be a very good place for clean people or someone who is faint to the point that they have a fit when they see dirt on the bed, bathroom, floor and the door way had major spider Webb and they are going to be banging on the door on the check out day at 6am to see if you're staying or not to make it known to the room next door 😀'
