'Cute little condo and so close to beach '

'This property was a great stay for extended (multi generational) family. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony. The walk to the beach was easy to navigate. Children enjoyed the pool, although the pool could use a bit more shade. The elevator opening right to our condo was a first time experience for us but was positive. The condo was well supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, etc. '

'The condo was nice. It was more like staying on the river than beach, and the pool was pretty dirty.Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'The accommodation was okay. We did not like the fact that guests had to walk or drive to the pool and that it closed at 5 pm. If that was advertised when booking I missed it. The locks on the patio doors were not secure and were difficult to lock. The kitchen had a hodgepodge of utensils and no oven mitts. We found a large hair/dust ball and the vacuum cleaner did not work well. The beds were very comfortable and the location to the beach was fabulous!'

'This property was amazing! It was very clean and the management was very communicative and quick to answer questions. We were 2 blocks from the beach and pier and only slightly longer to stores, bars and restaurants. There was even a private pool that we had access to which was extremely nice. I would definitely book again!'

'We loved our stay at Roshan’s place. Roshan communicated all information clearly and in a timely manner. It was a very easy check-in and checkout process. We enjoyed our time on the calm beach and the pool was perfect. We ate in using the kitchen for the most part and everything needed was provided. We did eat out for dinner on the 4th of July and liked that there were great options close by. The unit itself was cute and clean, we loved the beachy vibe. I drank my coffee on the small balcony...

The condo we stayed in was in the perfect location—walking distance to all the main attractions, making exploring the city easy and fun. It was incredibly clean, smelled amazing, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!'

'Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. My favorite was the ocean view and short walk to the beach! I arrived in the dark and lighting in the parking lot wasn’t well lit so I had trouble finding the elevator. I would definitely book this condo again! '
