« Nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to ECU. Home was clean and we had no issues while staying here. »

« We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. »

« For once a brochure did not do a property justice. Had six adults and three small children stay with plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful, the dock very nice (about 4 feet of water toward the end), and the house itself just perfect. We will definitely return since the area was peaceful and just what we were looking for. We are going to miss our morning coffee on the back porch! »

« We chose this property because it was on the water and close to relatives. It was clean and as pictured with a surprise extra room! The location is quite a way off the beaten path so one needs to go prepared with necessary food items. The store on the property is great for ice cream and a few snacks. We enjoyed spending time with family and boating to Washington one day for lunch. The staff is WONDERFUL!! »

« House was very nice. Very satisfied. Wish the kitchen was a little more stocked with items such as salt, pepper, reynolds wrap, glad wrap, Pam, more ice cube trays, etc. We stay at a lot of VRBO homes and these little items always are nice to have. »

« The owners have done amazing work on this property. This was a very comfortable older home. Everything was nice and clean and well cared for. The kitchen had really nice dishes and equipment, which is not always the case with short term rentals. Don't even get me started about the sheets, I took a picture of the tag because I need them in my life!!! I would absolutely stay here again. My only regret is we did not have more time to explore the downtown area of Washington. »

« We had everything we needed. The space was just the right size for 3/4 people. The outside was a little cluttered but didn’t bother us. I would offer a couple of recommendations: 1. Having some firewood for the wood stove would be a great addition. 2. A pullout couch would be better than the futon. 3. Need some space to hang hunting gear to help keep things better organized. We truly had a great time and space was great hope to come back next year! »

What a fantastic find! The farm is only a couple of miles from the city limits, so I could meet my realtor anywhere in Greenville in just a few minutes. The hosts were very communicative when needed.
