Good modern hotel on a perfect location
We stayed three nights in the Pendry for a visit to Washington DC. A nice new and modern hotel located in the attracted Wharf District. On arrival we were ingraded to a nice river view suite.
We are good walkers and were able to visit all main attractions of Washington by foot. Using shared boles are also a good option. The hotel pool is very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants in various price classes.
All staff is very friendly.

Amazing stay. Kind and attentive staff (shout out to Justin at the front desk).
Room service food and breakfast were delicious. Hotel terrace has a great view of the Potomac. Location is great and in walking distance to many restaurants. Great liquor selection in the minibar.
The MiN collection though….. OBSESSED.

We did a staycation for V-day. We booked the spa, had lunch, and booked one night. The spa, Jessica was phenomenal. Lunch was amazing and he was so kind. Then we left for dinner and came back for a drink on the rooftop. This ruined the entire experience. The roof was barely full, she told us to wait on a 30 min waitlist, and her attitude was horrible. We went back to our overpriced room and my husband called the front desk only to receive more bad customer service. The TV didn’t work. If I could I would have just gone home at that point. It’s unfortunate that something so simple ruined our entire experience. I’ll never go back and if I could get a refund I would. Pendry management please get your customer service for your rooftop figured out for your hotel guests.

The General Manager Pascal went above and beyond for our stay! We got to meet him as we dined at the beautiful rooftop bar.. I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. So when we returned to our room we discovered a hand written note from him and a beautiful candle for my wife! All this after he sent her a delicious birthday dessert! James was the bartender at restaurant and he made the most delicious drinks. All the staff were friendly and personable! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely go back!

This property is very nice with a kind staff. The rooms are very clean, and the Deluxe River View King rooms have amazing views—enjoyed spending time gazing out the windows at the view with a coffee each morning. The tons of great food options around the hotel was super convenient. Getting around was easy as well as you could walk to a lot of places; hop on the nearby metro; utilize their house car; or uber/Lyft. This was a fantastic stay for a Washington DC visit.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area. We had the corner king bedroom. The view is spectacular. If you are looking for something quiet this is not the hotel you want to stay at. It’s very loud ( day and night)The room is extremely small( 500 square feet but the way it’s built feels very small). The windows are see-through so everyone from outside can see you from the room. I think that’s a little awkward. The bed is uncomfortable and the cleaning is not that great. Stayed in DC for 5 nights with work and the toilet was not cleaned one single time. They would come and make the bed, maybe vacuum. For $700 per night I don’t think it’s worth it. I would not stay here again.

2. Upon coming back to room we had dirty wine glasses, and towels in bathroom shower floor
3. Second night: knock on door requested turn down, then she never came in, so I had to track her down.

The staff friendliness and service was top tier! I went for my birthday and the team there made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed!
The main entrance is tucked away and with immediate walkable distance to food, coffee and views at the water front. The king room with a view was much larger than expected with a great sitting area outside of the main bedroom. I thought I was never going to want to leave the bed as the pillows and bedding were super comfortable. It was also unexpectedly quiet even though my room was just above the pool area I never sensed any disturbances. I was able to lounge out at the pool briefly before the rain, and it was definitely a continued extension of relaxation and service. The spa is by far where I spent most of my time, gaving had multiple services during my stay in addition to coming back again and again to use the steam room. The spa staff from front desk to technician were top tier and high class. I also enjoyed the view and sushi at the moonraker rooftop restaurant. It all just came together for a wonderful stay.
