'Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!'

'Great little cabin across from beautiful lake. Cabin is equiped with basic needs of dishware and utensils. Bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. I brought papertowels, toilet paper and cleaning wipes also. Bring extra blanket for chilly nights. Cabin is not insulated. Space heater is provided and did help in the small space. Could have sat on that frint porch for hours! Loon calls at night are very soothing. 100% recommend and hope to return next summer. No negative to report.'

'Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. 'This property is legitimately on a beautiful lake. You can take a short walk down to a beach and use the free charcoal grills and go for a swim if you'd like. The hose itself is very spacious, including a large deck that overlooks the lake. The house could have used a bit more cleaning, definitely not sparkling clean, but it wasn't too bad.'

'Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!'

"The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good."
