'Everything was good except the oven. I was very disappointed that I had to stop and clean the oven. I was fortunate that I brought rubber gloves and it took a lot of effort to clean oven from a previous guest. Fortunate for me I had family members who helped me clean so we could eat dinner in time. I should have been compensated for the inconvenience. I did not ask but it should have been offered.'
