'We really enjoyed our stay. Our visit was during some extremely hot weather and the house stayed nice and cool despite the heat outside. The bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed the movie theater seat style couch and the kitchen was equipped with enough dishes, pots etc.The views from the deck were so beautiful - better than some of the views at the national park! 'The Chalet was truly a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed two nights with our dog, Meeko, who had the time of his life exploring. The Chalet was beautiful, clean, and private. We enjoyed a trip to the caverns which was very convenient and spent the rest of the time at the cabin. There were board games which we played endlessly and the firepit was awesome. We roasted hot dogs and smores and enjoyed the outdoor space. The hot tub was clean and the relaxing. The views were just magical. A 10/10...

'Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. '

'My dog and I had such a good time relaxing at this mountain retreat! The drive up was beautiful and the property manager was excellent at communicating and checking in. The house manual is very in depth and helpful. There are a few other cabins near by but often its hard to tell. 'Loved staying at Jennifer’s house in the middle of the woods at Bryce Resort. So close to nature with deers and chipmunks around in the area. The house is spacious for a family of 5 with three teenage kids. All facilities where available to use and communicating with Jennifer was easy. Would highly recommend this house if you want to relax in the nature and explore this part of Virginia'

We travel often and if you’re looking for a Shenandoah Valley getaway, you can’t go wrong with this cabin ! 'Practically perfect. The accessibility was perfect. Possibly one of the best stocked kitchen for my chef husband. Location to Luray perfect. Porch & swing great. Communication from host instant. The corn hole perfect for kids. To make it 7 star, dark towels for hot tub, maybe some mini shower wash & shampoo bits, compared to the well stocked kitchen. Consider an electric roof cover for hot tub on those hotter days. But this did not distract from a great stay. '
