'Lovely and helpful staff. However the hot water was not working and some days no water was coming from the shower. The room was also very cold, but the staff did their best to bring heaters. They also supported us when we were unwell. We ended up leaving early, and unfortunately no refund was provided. However the staff are lovely people.'

'Advise to book a room at back of hotel (street and garden with restaurant and music at the front )
Deluxe Room was OK (# 209) except the view but we preferred that to the noise .
Lot of noise from corridor .
Internet was working only in the lobby (Some electricity shut-downs of few min per day)'

'Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest.
The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....
