'My best friend and I hadn't seen one another in over two years. I had heard so many wonderful comments about Lola's since I live in Boothbay. We decided to stay at Lola's to get away from all distractions, catch up, relax and chill. It was a real girl's "retreat house". Everything we needed to be comfortable and pampered was in the lodge. Shopping and restaurants were just minutes away.'

'My husband and I stayed at Ocean Breeze with our 15 month old daughter. It was a tight squeeze for the pack n play, but we managed just fine! The cottage had everything we needed for a HQ for exploring the area. Having outdoor seating was really nice as well! We loved the guide that was provided as well. Greg was very quick to respond and checked in often to assure we had everything we needed. We loved our time on Pemaquid Peninsula.'

'We loved sitting at water’s edge with our coffee in the morning or reading a book in the afternoon. The cabin had everything we needed - the fireplace was wonderful. Peter was a caring host. What more could one ask for. It was a wonderful experience. We will come back.'

'Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!'

'Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay.
