From comfy king sized beds to blackout curtains to sound machines, each bedroom was designed to ensure a great night's sleep. When unwinding before bed, log in to your favorite apps on the wall-mounted Smart TV. Each bedroom also provides 2 nightstands, lamps with USB ports for added convenience, a luggage rack, along with a closet to stow away your belongings.

Get ready for your day in one of the two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped shampoo, conditioner, soap, make-up wipes and a hair dryer. There is also heated toilet seat with three different heat options for your comfort level that guests rave about. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom and the other full bathroom is located right outside the two guest bedrooms, with the linen closet nearby. Plenty of fresh towels/washcloths are provided. There is also a half bath located conveniently on the main floor.

A laundry closet is located outside of the guest bathroom so that you can easily keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The living area is comfortably decorated a leather sectional, complete with pillows and blankets to snuggle up with. Sit back and watch a show on the 65" Smart TV or plan your next day in Wake Forest using high-speed WiFi. You’ll find a selection of games and books in the pantry in case you want some family entertainment for a rainy day or evening.

Prepare to be amazed at what all this coffee bar offers! There are a variety of brewing options to satisfy every coffee lover's taste buds. There is a Keurig Duo, which offers a 12c pot or single-serve convenience, an espresso machine with frother, and a bean grinder. The bean grinder will be full of fresh beans from Black and White Coffee Company, a coffee shop just down the road. If you prefer a quick cup, there is a selection of K-cups. You can doctor it up with a selection of syrups, sugar/Splenda and creamers.

A rental agreement will need to be completed to complete the booking, with a copy of ID that matches credit card used/name on account. Renter must be 30 years of age (25+ if has a 5-star rating with at least 2 reviews).

Smoking is only allowed outside (doors/windows closed). There is a $250 fee for smoking inside. There is a Minut device that can detect it (along with noise decibels - NO AUDIO recording).
