'This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends.'

'My husband and I were there for our 50th high school reunion and our Abnb experience helped make for a fantastic trip. It is a quiet neighborhood and the property is beautifully landscaped. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The kitchenette was very clean and useful. The shower was a little different for us old farts but we got the hang of it! Lovely wooded neighborhood, well appointed two story unit with stylish kitchen, large great room, and an outdoor area. Upstairs two rooms set up as bedrooms and one as an office. 'Stayed at this adorable house for the weekend when down for my daughter's baby shower. Home was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Property manager was very responsive to questions I had prior to arriving and answered them in a timely manner. House was close to town and perfect for my needs!
