'The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 'The house is located in a nice neighborhood and was very nicely decorated and has a great layout. We enjoyed 3 nights there while visiting our daughter who lives in town. The fenced yard is great if you have a four-legger with you. We would definitely stay here again. Betty our golden doodle approved the place also!
