'First room smelled horrible…front desk clerk sprayed the room…still horrible! I continued to complain, finally next day we were moved to another room. The property is well maintained and the remainder of our stay was nice but I felt we should have been offered a different room immediately after we complained about the smell in the first room, not the next day after complaining again.'

'You have to pay 10 dollars per day for microwave use aside from the resort fee daily. It’s pretty expensive already then all these extra payments. The room was also basic. I guess you pay for the view and the location. The beach has wild waves good gor surfing but not much for swimming. If you have kids and want a lot of swimming without wild waves go to Royal Sonesta in Lihue or Princeville close to Hanalei Bay.
