'One of the condos in gated resort area. Upper level unit 88, nice view. Clean and well equipped. No lanai/outside sitting area. Small swimming pool across the parking place. Bed located in the loft, where it was uncomfortably warm (mobile air cooler provided but too noisy for us; ceiling fan in main room did not help either, also not in indicated direction for the purpose). 'Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. 'I opted to stay here instead of a hotel for a conference I attended at the Convention Center and I’m so glad I did! I love this condo. The decor is so cute and classy. Very clean, updated, fully functional. The balcony is small but enjoyable. I can’t imagine a better view of the Friday night fireworks. The bar downstairs is fun and you’ve got an ABC store'
