'The room was good n the pool'

'The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here.'

'Hotel was prima in orde. Schone kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Enig minpuntje was het ontbijt. Al een half uur voor de eindtijd van het ontbijt werd het voedsel niet meer aangevuld, waardoor er bijna niets meer over was. 15 minuten voor de eindtijd werd alles al weggehaald, terwijl er nog mensen aan het eten waren. '

'The staff was amazing. They understood my situation, and helped me to accomplish my 1 night stay. I loved their minimalist pool, the fact that the king bed room was like a studio apartment, and its location. The kitchenette could’ve been cleaner, but i wasn’t that worried about it. The phone answering time could also be a little quicker, but i wasn’t mad about it. Clean bed, clean pool, not a boat load of chlorine in it which was amazing, the breakfast was just Wonderful, so many choices, it was...

'First room asssigned the aC was not working but we persevered the first night due to exhaustion and believing it just needed time. The next morning I called front desk and reported they stated they had no maintenance on deck and she could move me immediately, which she did within 10 mins. So outside of the first night the resolution turnaround was fantastic wish I would have noticed the AC when I checked in but we were out preparing for graduation the following morning.
