« A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. « The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally.
