« The apartment had a smell of cigarettes and as non smokers it was terrible to have to endure during our stay, the cleanliness is poor too the walls are dirty, the curtains look like they haven’t been washed in a while, the bed sheets have stains on them and honestly this apartment looked nothing like the picture, the upside of this entire apartment is that the city is just a 2 minute walk away but that’s it. »

« Real bad smell in the hallway due to trash bags that were laying there for ages... People that gave me the key of the appartment are just straw men, they don't look after the state of the appartments. Dirty kitchen, dirty beds, dirty bathroom, no access to terrace, trash on the terrace (old jogging pants, bottle of laughing glass, some packages...). Overall, absolutely disgusting. »

« The central location is a major advantage. However, the apartment is not clean, is poorly maintained, and everything in the kitchen is covered in limescale. The dishwasher is so clogged with limescale that nothing comes out clean. I had to thoroughly clean the kettle first just to be able to make instant coffee, as the Senseo machine wasn't working. Getting in touch with the host is supposed to be easy, but when you ask for a replacement Senseo, there’s no response... »
