'This property is a hidden gem. So close to the town and cruise ships if you are taking a cruise out of Rome. The rooms are beautiful and very clean overlooking the sea. Loris met us at the train station and just a 5 minute walk to his hotel. Ambra had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us every morning. Loris and Ambra were so welcoming and friendly. I felt like family by the end of my trip. I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed. Thank you!'

'I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in. I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded.'

'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. 'Das Haus ist ca. 600 Jahre alt und luebevoll renoviert und saniert. Wir hatten die Maisonette Ferienwohnung. Die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sehr sauber. Das Frühstück, italienisch und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!'
