'Literally needed a police escort to leave this place due to a situation with a fight that led to some drunk friend of the innkeeper following us to our Suite screaming at us. 'Stayed for husband's birthday. he woke up to a beautiful sunrise right in our bedroom daily from the 7th floor. Front desk staff gave us a free coupon to ride the bikes located in the parking lot of the hotel - that will definitely burn some calories but we had so much fun riding together! Food was amazing - Kung Fu tea, the 'Captain' at Dough Boys and Hadiya at Pocahontas did right by us! Husband now wants to purchase VA Beach oceanfront property - overall lovely stay.'

'This is a fabulous property located in a safe, walkable area with loads of food options and shopping and culture if you are so inclined. The staff was phenomenal. They were eager to help, always ready with a smile, and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was just a lovely place to return to after a full day in the area. Will be back again as we have lots of required visits to the area. Won’t hesitate to return. Top notch.'
