The breezy screened porch is comfortably furnished and makes a great location for a relaxing morning coffee, enjoying the sights and sounds of summer. The interior is painted with warm beach colors and filled with beach and nautical art. A spacious family room awaits your guests, offering a large TV, and five bedrooms that include a large king suite and private bath, with a separate door leading to the pool. All bedrooms offer TVs, and the two additional large bathrooms are located next to the other bedrooms. The layout makes this a great choice for a family to share with friends or relatives. The kitchen is open and well-equipped with cabinets and gadgets to help you prepare sumptuous summer meals. Access to the beach path is right across from the home. The owners offer you WiFi, a gas grill, and outdoor speakers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. The fireplace is not operational.
