She arranged taxi service for us, recommended several restaurants that were ithin walking distance. Please do expect a lot of steps on the property and around the area. You are above Charlotte Amalie right next to the 99 Steps. Don't miss a sunset from the roof top pool area. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay...

'Mafolie hotel is located central to downtown, an 11$/person taxi ride down with a beautiful view! Travel ease: intermediate (know the taxi rates or have a car) The best: - breakfast was amazing (and complimentary). 8-10 am every morning with a view of St. Thomas like no other. - location was prime with a 10 min ride to half the island including Magan’s bay and havensight, downtown, and the airport was a 35$ (with two bags, 2 people, ride) - air conditioning worked very well. - blackouts were...

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'We stayed one night. For the price of almost usd 600 for one night we would expect better hotel. Breakfast was in a basket delivered to your room so you have to eat it sitting on your bed. Beside that it was a very limited breakfast. Environment is dangerous in the evening/night'
