Villa's in Vinci

'The house is amazing. The view all aroud is so much more beautiful than captured in pictures. Great place right in the middle of wineyards and olivetrees. It was perfectly clean and has everything you need and many more. We have had awesome nights baking pizza and playing pool. The location of the villa is ideal nearby Florence and Lucca. The owners are very kind and help you wherever they can. The wine and olive oil they had for us tasted also very good. We would definitely recommend this...

'It was absolutely marvelous. The owner of the property was so informative on places to visit, and places to eat etc. We had a wooden time and I would recommend that everyone stay here at least once in your lifetime.'

'Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden, ruim huis met alle voorzieningen en een beschutte tuin en het was een heerlijke plek om Toscane te ontdekken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en uitgebreide uitleg. Er was later een probleempje met een airco en dat werd na melding via whatsapp onmiddellijk opgepakt en verholpen.'

'Heerlijk rustige locatie. Schitterend weids uitzicht. Weg er naar toe is behoorlijk hobbelig maar te doen. Alles aanwezig in het huis, echter de keuken en woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. En advertentie is niet duidelijk dat het om een 2-onder-1 kap woning gaat, dus je kunt directe buren hebben.'

'Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.'

'Een mooi en ruim vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan. Het huis is nog mooier dan de foto's. We hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van Barbara en haar familie. Heel hard genoten van de Toscaanse avondmaal . Een week was te kort.'

'Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. The Villa was so wonderful and we all had a hard time leaving, the adorable little annex was my favourite. We had 4 couples and we each had our own little spaces with our own bathrooms. The pool was refreshing at the end of a hot day and the Restaraunts in Monte Carlo, San Salvatore and Marginone were spectacular. Absolutely loved our...

'First of all this home is beautiful! Wonderfully furnished in every way. Kitchen is percecfly accommodating! But…the house is amazing for a large family vacation, business outings the way it is perfectly laid out to allow for privacy at night but wonderful gatherings at dinner and drinks and time together in the evenings! The hosts are amazing. Michael and Davita are amazing. You have to stay here to understand. Cheers!'

'Great property and communication with hosts/managers was clear and easy. A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. Absolutely beautiful views from every window and patio! We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.'

'De aankomst was heel relaxed. Geen gezeur over tijden, het huis was vrij dus wij waren welkom. En wat een gastvrij welkom. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het huis is heel compleet en het buitenverblijf is fantastisch. Heerlijk zwemmen en grillen. In de omgeving fijne restaurantjes. Ook daar word je door de eigenaar over geïnformeerd. Kortom mooi huis in een fijne omgeving, centraal Toscane.'

'This place could not be in a better location. You would never know that you are practically down town Florence while staying in this little oasis. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained were you wake up to the deer, pheasant, and ducks with your morning coffee. The stairs to the second story bedroom can be treacherous so be cautious going up and down and the upstairs bathroom is quite small, however the bottom bathroom makes up for it! Now the spa underneath is a real treat! The water...

'Es ist ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Haus. Der sehr nette Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück mit seiner Freundin. Beide sind sehr diskret und lassen genügend Privatsphäre, sodass man den Pool und das weitläufige Grundstück ungestört genießen kann. Bei Problemen ist Andrea sofort tatkräftig zur Stelle. Die Küche und das Haus sind sehr gut ausgerüstet - selbst Mückenschutz hat er zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage des Anwesens eignet sich optimal, um von dort viele verschiedene...

'Our stay was amazing. The location was beautiful and easy for us to explore the surrounding area with ease. The house was beautiful, very clean and our host was most gracious. Upon arrival we had made a passing comment on how beautiful the patio terrace was and how a fire pit would be a nice touch so that we could enjoy it longer into the cool night. After the dinner our host organized for us at a local restaurant we returned to having a fire pit and wood on the patio. They went above and beyond...

Der er i det hele taget en del som er mod ekstrabetaling som ikke fremgår af annoncen. Det bør fremgå. Vask, affaldssortering mm. Men smukt sted, og god udlejer ifht. At respondere på beskeder. 'We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze accommodatie. Het was heel ruim, de bedden waren fijn, alles was netjes en de keuken was uitgerust met meer dan genoeg van alles. De grote tuin met zwembad is perfect om in te ontspannen wanneer de zon schijnt. Verder ligt het op prima afstand van leuke plekken zoals Lucca en Montecarlo. 'We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!'
