'Zeer uitgebreid huis met een geweldig zwembad'

Een koelkast, een microgolfoven, een oven, een kookplaat

'Prima tijd gehad in het huisje, op loopafstand van strand en oude centrum van Torrevieja en supermarkt in de buurt.Het zwembad is schoon en groot genoeg voor even af te koelen. De auto kan makkelijk geparkeerd worden en vriendelijke eigenaar Hans woont in de buurt en reageert snel op vragen. Het huis is keurig ingericht en voorzien van alles dat nodig is. Kortom, prima voor kort verbijf.'

'Fijne goed en gezellig ingerichte vakantiewoning. 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. keuken prima. goede oven en kookplaat. Voldoende serviesgoed/ pannen etc. Prima wasmachine en vaatwasser. Sleuteloverdracht verliep vlekkeloos volgens afspraak. Helaas was er geen beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig. Dit hebben wij ter plaatse moeten aaschaffen. Omgeving zeer de moeite waard. Ongeveer 800 meter lopen naar de gezellige boulevard. Prima te doen.'

The only thing i would have liked was a little more kitchen equipment. With two small children we cooked more at the house. Maybe a tip for the next renters. Overall a lovely stay! Aurora and Ivette made us feel very welcomed and would often send a little message on WhatsApp to make sure everything was OK.The house was very clean and comfortable with air-con and ceiling fans . 'With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim'

'Superb, modern, well equipped Villa / apt with all needs met for a family stay. Great accommodation over 3 floors including the bonus roof terrace for late drinks!Very modern but also managed to feel very homely as tastefully decorated throughout. 'La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...
