'The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

'Fantastic stay for weekend visit to Bariloche while in Argentina for a long business trip. The owner and the staff were all extremely hospitable and welcoming. The hotel offers good facilities such as a fitness room and a standard Argentinian breakfast (included in your stay). The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I hesitated between booking this hotel and the NH Edelweiss. In retrospect I am very happy that I chose Hampton by Hilton, because it saves an extra 100 meters up and down the hill and you have a much nicer view of the lake. And it saves 200 euros on the total stay! "
