Ground floor suite in my beloved, peaceful home on a quiet street very close to everything! Fully self-contained, 1 bedroom; private entrance & a comfortable vibe.

It's a great, quiet, safe neighbourhood, with a 9-hole golf course only a few minutes walk away, along with a recreation centre, plus a 5km walking chip trail around the course. Hillside Shopping Centre is only a few minutes away. The #4 city bus offers transport to downtown within 15 minutes, and the stop is right around the corner. It's convenient to downtown, the University of Victoria, Royal Jubilee Hospital and Camosun College (Lansdowne Campus). Safe, street parking is available.

The space is a great reprieve from the heat in the summer. It can be a bit on the darker side in the fall and winter months, but I have provided ample lighting to give it a warmer feel.

*Just slightly higher than 6'1" ceilings. A few spots anyone taller will have to duck and one structural beam between the living room and kitchen that is sure to smart if you hit your head on it.
