'Property was conveniently located in a quiet area of Sidney close to the ocean front walking path. It was clean quiet, had most items needed for a 2 week stay. Could have used a few more dishes. The only problem area was the living area couch, it was very uncomfortable. We would highly recommend it.'

'Although you will have to go downstairs to the suite, once inside the unit is clean and modern. Very comfortable Queen bed, Modern lighting, Large refrigerator, induction cook top. Good shower pressure. A quiet neighborhood but I would imagine if there was an event at the Stadium next door it could get loud. But I don't know how late events go....so that is only a surmising. All in...I would book again. '

'We had a great stay here. The room was exactly as described. Amanda was an excellent host. She checked in on us during our stay and always replied quickly to messages. The room was very clean and there were extra supplies in the closet (tissues, towels, toilet paper, etc). '

'Room is excellent. Brand new and nice amenities. However, owner lives upstairs with small kids and VERY thin wall. When the kid cried, it felt like child was in the same room. We did appreciate they kept the kid away above us in the morning so we were able to sleep in. '

'Relaxing, enjoyable, and quiet home base to visit the area. The Bears Den is very well equipped with all you need for stay. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there are plenty of towels for showers, even a washer and dryer. We slept well in the quiet and comforable bed. Ben and Heather are great to communicate with if there are are any questions.'

'We loved the location and proximity to Uvic. The home and backyard were beautifully manicured and clean. The walkway was nice and wide. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location to get into the city and back with a car. I would recommend setting out a brand new sponge to wash dishes with and to upgrade some the hand towels. Overall, it met our needs and we would stay here again. '
