'very quiet and clean, food was good'

'Great room but expensive. There is no pool to the Safari Club. Next door Safari Hotel has a small pool with small deck. For a hotel at this (price) level, a pool should be a must. The complimentary happy hour, and high tea are a fun little extra. We stayed 3 nights but I believe 2 is enough to see the Victoria Falls and some wildlife.'

'Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. '

'I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and...

'This was the most amazing experience of a lifetime! Cassius, Vanessa, Arnold, and everyone met our every needs and then some!! They took care of us so well and welcomed us in every aspect. They arranged all our trips with our guide, Gary, which was beyond belief. The personal service was impeccable. Made sure we were well fed and had our drink schedule down. Ensured we did everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend! Stay here and let them make your visit an absolute dream!'
