'A senha do wifi precisa estar a disposicao dos hospedes. Durante a nossa hospedagem chegamos por volta das 23h e a recepcionista disse que a pessoa que sabia a senha do wifi ( o recepcionista do dia ) ja tinha ido embora. Ela tentou contato com ele mas nao conseguiu, desse jeito ficamos sem internet. O preparo e cordialidade da equipe podem ser melhorados'

'My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings). I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. When I arrived, they immediately started cleaning a room for me, and after a short wait I was able to get a room earlier than the check-in time.
