« Kitchen area unclean. The front desk was not staffed all the time. Weird smell all over. Old mattresses in the back just strewn aside. Dangerous playground. Burn marks on bed covers. »

« Room was clean as far as we could tell. Front desk was helpful after they had completed their personal conversations both on the phone and in person with a friend (?). No hot tub. Elevator works quickly. Bathroom door would only latch if you lifted up on it as you pulled it shut and the toilet wobbled something fierce. Person stocking the breakfast was working hard but there were a lot of people there when we went so had to wait for eggs and such.Had one other issue with booking they were not...

« My room was mostly clean (water rings on some of the furniture that were sticky), but overall satisfactory. It was quiet and comfortable. I liked the layout including a sitting area with a desk. The architecture was beautiful (Frank Lloyd Wright). It’s a bit dated, but not awful. Close to Mason City’s downtown which is so quaint and totally walkable. Lots of history and beautiful architecture. I highly recommend if you want to hang out for a day or two. »
