'Every staff member I met were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly! They went out of their way to help me with my questions. They were very attentive and seemed to enjoy their job. Excellent customer service!'

'My room had access from inside the hotel and outside from the parking lot. I liked that but when some men got loud and reckless the police were called. I didn't like that but was glad they showed up. Warning: The carpet in the room is OLD. Your shoes stick to it when you walk. I used a bath towel as a rug next to the bed and never walked directly on the carpet. The carpet stunk. I've smelled way worse but it does smell unpleasant. Staff was pleasant but I won't stay here next trip. Between...

'We arrived at 6:15pm. Front desk already closed. We had to get our room key from a locker outside in the parking lot. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had an on-site restaurant. It was closed, appeared to be a private party. Bathroom only had small sink, no vanity. After a long day of travel, it was quite noisy when we were wanting to sleep. We left at 7:30 am, again no one at front desk.'
