'Fantastisk lokasjon - midt i handels og restaurantdelen av Nice - med gåavstand til alt - inkl. gamlebyen. 100m til stranda. Moderne og fine rom. Dersom du klarer å se 95 trappetrinn (har ikke heis) som god trening - så er dette stedet for deg. Vi likte oss veldig godt her. Hyggelig betjening, fine rom og svært sentralt plassert. NB - de har ingen frokostordning e.l. du betaler kun for leie av et rom/leilighet. Daglig Vask og renhold er veldig bra !'

'We were in the "Urban" room. Overall the stay was OK, but organizing the check-in was a bit hectic. I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. 'It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum. Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay. '

'Absolute great place to stay when you are looking for peace and nature. The road to the location was a challenging one (not for unexperienced drivers or sportscars) and first time took us a long time to get to the location over a 1,8km offroad track. 'Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer ,ruim en voor de derde persoon een soort bijkamer ,pension gelegen in midden centrum en toch redelijk rustig ,straat tussen 2 "hoofdwegen.'

'Property was nice but it is a little walk from parking. Nice room overlooking a shopping area that was nice at night. Close to restaurants and the water. '

'Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

L’appartement est très soigné, les espaces verts sont entretenus à la perfection et le coin piscine avec vue sur mer un pur bonheur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
